Company Incorporation

$240.00 + GST ($270.00 incl) - includes all government fees
Our standard formation package. Formed immediately upon the signed consents and payment are returned back from clients. Companys are formed with the name and structural details you specify and our standard constitution (which can be varied upon request)

The ‘incorporation package’ entails:
A copy of the documents used in formation of the company, Minute Book (with an initial minute noting the incorporation), all Statutory Registers to comply with the Companies Act. Forms for applying for your GST & IRD numbers (we can provide this service for you)

Shelf Company

$340+GST ($382.50 incl) Take advantage of a company that not only is formed but also has its GST and IRD number set up. The fee includes change over details being executed internally and externally.
